Need help with Windows service wrappers (#8566)

Sharing what worked on our test world this week. Map size is roughly mid-scale with custom hunting zones east of the desert. We keep configs in git and treat live changes as a hotfix branch. Has anyone stress-tested this with 200+ CCU?
