Script review request: depot inbox overflow (#1192)

We hit a reproducible crash after 6-8 hours uptime. Map size is roughly mid-scale with custom hunting zones east of the desert. We keep configs in git and treat live changes as a hotfix branch. What would you change about the economy numbers?
