Looking for a second pair of eyes before we tag a release.
Environment: Ubuntu 22.04, 4 vCPU, 8GB RAM, MariaDB 10.11.
We logged query times over 200ms on market browse during peak hour.
Any safer pattern for rolling this out without wiping houses?

I would pin a status endpoint and keep Cloudflare off the game port. Also: please keep the VirusTotal link next to the mirror. Example: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/6f74732d73796e7468657469632d66696c652d313531322d6f70656e54696269
Consider feature-flagging it for premium only during the first week.
For Windows hosts, mark the service recovery options or it will not auto-restart.
